So I don't want to use an 'instant max level' mod, but I want to know if there exists a mod to let me level forever at a 'normal' rate. I remember Skyrim having a massively steep leveling curve after a certain point and I'm unsure if FO4 shares that.

So my goal would be to make a character that could, eventually, become good at anything. I'll still have to work for it, and that would happen as I explore the world and find all the goodies. A way to craft SPECIAL and/or perk items via found stuff would be cool, or just a general mod that stabilizes the leveling curve and allows it to go on forever?

I've got all the DLC installed and a bunch of other game enhancing goodies, so this is about my last desire before I get started on a fresh play!
