• After taking a short break from Napoleon total war, where the last time I had played it had been with a muted sound so that I could listen to music. So when I returned to no sound, it was no surprise to me, so I unmuted it, however this seem to have no effect on the sound as it still stays muted.

Gonna replay ETW as the Americans again, but with larger unit sizes and maybe some mods.

I would like an effects mod, something that makes the battle look and sound more like a battle. I always have to zoom in real close to here the crackle of gunfire and booming of cannons (which can be really satisfying); I want to hear the clamor of battle all around. Also, lots of smoke and dust, and visible fires would be nice to see, and would add to the grit of battle, I think.
