Howdy! I'm not very good with this stuff at all but after a great deal of trial and error and kind of frankensteining together a lot of different advice I was finally able to get it working stably so I thought I'd give back a little and post what I have, at least. Here is the face, by the way.

Mount And Blade Face Mod

So, here's all of the stuff you'll need other than a working ACoK 5.0.

Okay, now that you've got all of that downloaded or open in a tab, let's do this.

First Step: Grab all of the female textures from the Virake's male and female face replacer rar and drop them into the texture folder inside of your ACOK 5.0 folder (Steamapps > Common > Mountblade Warband > Modules > ACOK 5.0 > Textures)

Female

Second Step: Grab all of the female resources from the Virake's male and female face replacer rar and drop them into the resource folder inside of your ACOK 5.0 folder (Steamapps > Common > Mountblade Warband > Modules > ACOK 5.0 > Resources)

Third Step: Edit the module & skins files in your ACOK 5.0 folder (Steamapps > Common > Mountblade Warband > Modules > ACOK 5.0) and replace their contents entirely with my module & my skins text before saving 'em.

Final Step: Open up the ACOK 2.2 rar you downloaded, dip into the resources and copy the min_fac_face.brf into your ACOK 5.0 folder's resource folder (Steamapps > Common > Mountblade Warband > Modules > ACOK 5.0 > Resource)

And boom! You should be done, I just followed these instructions on a fresh install and it worked fine. As I said, I'm not a very good with this stuff so if you have any problems I literally have no advice I can give you other than 'Just keep at it, slugger!'

But yeah, sorry this is so messy. I just spent too long fiddling with this tiny little thing (ayy) that I felt like I should put it somewhere in case it could help someone else in like a year's time.

(Oh and if you're interested in editing the textures, like to change their eye colour you can use this extention to open dds files in photoshop.)
