• Instead of using my own product key I needed to used the generic key: VK7JG-NPHTM-C97JM-9MPGT-3V66T to update from Windows 10 Home to Windows 10 Pro.

• After it was updated to Windows 10 Pro I changed the productkey to my licence and it activated!
